1. What is your Return/Exchange policy?
   
   We accept exchanges for higher or equal value items available on the website. Exchanges are allowed for 15 days from the delivery. Item's need to be unused and all tags should stay intact.
   
   
2. Do we accept Refund? 
   
   Damn Label does not offer refunds for change of mind. Orders begin processing once we have received payment in full. Refunds are only available in the case of inability to fulfill your order, in which case the amount credited will be refunded in 4-7 days. 
   
   
3. How do I initiate a Exchange?
